Complete your order
Enter the teacher and licence details, then pay through the secure QR Ph checkout using GCash or another compatible banking app.
Receive your access instructions
After gateway confirmation, you receive the matching licence and official Windows download instructions for your order.
Install once
Extract the official package, open Start AcadMates App.cmd, activate the licence, and restore any existing backup.
Update inside the app
Use Check for updates. Verified releases install and restart without replacing permanent school records.
Record protection
Your school data stays outside replaceable app files.
Windows updates use checksum verification, permanent backups, health checks, workspace confirmation, and automatic rollback.
Verify
Official domain, release checksum, package structure, and protected workbooks are checked.
Protect
A pre-update copy of the permanent workspace is created and verified.
Install and confirm
The new version must start and confirm the valid workspace before success is recorded.
Roll back if needed
If startup or confirmation fails, AcadMates restores the previous app and workspace.
